Special Thanks to the Korean Presbyterian Church!

We wanted to extend a special thanks to our friends from the Presbyterian church. Every month their group brings enough food to feed over 300 people. They arrive every fourth Thursday of the month, and the guests of St. John’s mark their calendar for the event. Fresh bulgogi over rice is served, along with a fried egg and some dumplings. We are so happy to work with a group as friendly as they are. The kindness in their hearts is always on display. Always going above and beyond. They try to find jackets for those without, or purchase shoes for those that have none. I’m always touched by how compassionate and how engaged they are. They set a great example and embody the spirit of St. John’s Soup Kitchen. We look forward to their every visit!
