Serving a Meal in Honor of a Loved One

Over the years families have donated to St. John’s to honor the memory of a loved one. This act of generosity in the name of a late loved one is touching to see. We’d like to thank those families who have chosen to do this and as always we are thankful for those that think of others in trying times. We’d like to thank the family that last week sponsored a meal at St. John’s, a wonderful fried chicken dinner. It’s our guests, and most people’s, favorite meal so whenever we are able to serve such a meal we do so. It’s only because of the kindness in so many people’s hearts that allows St. John’s serve such a wonderful meals to our guests. We are only here because of what our community does. Our community is one that suffers a tragedy, such as losing a loved one, and still endeavors to change a strangers day for the better. We are continually humbled by the community and the goodness that the donors and volunteers of St. John’s exhibit.
